P.S. Beyond this Friday roundup of national tech news you need to know, we're trying something new with our Technical.ly newsletters. Below, you'll spot an update on our shift in Delaware reporting to a weekly model, as well as a nationally focused story by our Delaware-based reporter, Holly Quinn, on why new entrepreneurs have reason to be optimistic in today's unpredictable economy. The idea here is to share lessons from across all of the markets we cover, especially in our increasingly remote — and therefore, largely place-agnostic — professional world.
