Gronk is back with Tom Brady after getting traded to the Bucs (!) and there's a lot to unpack. John Breech says there's one big reason why the WWE 24/7 champ could be better in Tampa than he was in New England, while Ryan Wilson and Sean Wagner-McGough also join to size up the Pats-Bucs swap. Plus, Jonathan Jones breaks down exactly why Gronk went to the antithesis of Belichick-land.
Pete Prisco's had enough of making mock drafts that try to predict what teams will do. They'll probably get it wrong, anyway. Instead, Pete made an entire mock going only by what teams SHOULD do. After his first two picks it gets very interesting: The Dolphins pass on Tua, the Chargers pass on a QB, and there are even a few names you don't often see in Round 1.
One rumor is running rampant: Not only do the Dolphins pass on the QB they supposedly tanked for, but Tua KEEPS ON FALLING down the draft board. The question is whether it's legit or just a smokescreen. Chris Trapasso buys or sells the Tua draft rumor (buy!) and five others; will the Giants trade out of No. 4?

These are weird times and, as you'll see in my final 2020 mock, I think the draft could be even weirder. I EXPECT SHENANIGANS. I'm not with Chris on buying Tua's fall (the Dolphins are smokescreening, it's hilariously transparent and it's working) but I do think there will be some big trades; here's who moves back into Round 1 to get a QB late.
The star ratings system isn't perfect. There are always going to be some players who were overlooked in high school who wind up as early NFL picks. Barton Simmons says several of them will be selected early, so it's worth looking back; here's why guys like Justin Herbert and Jordan Love were only three-star recruits.
Like everybody else, GMs have been stuck at home, so couldn't you just see them getting a little stir crazy? R.J. White says some will be ready to let loose on Thursday, and he's got two teams trading into the top 10, with six total trades in the first round. R.J. says the Broncos have the draft capital to get a stud WR at No. 10, and get a load of who the Pats see fall to them.
