Louisiana's Division of Administration took a $3.3 million hit to its budget. Agency head Jay Dardenne says it's because his division wouldn't pay $48,000 to the House speaker's stepsons for work done outside of Louisiana's procurement system. The speaker brushed past a reporter who asked about Dardenne's comments.
