The beauty of the NBA draft lottery is that even the truly terrible aren't guaranteed the top pick (sorry, Knicks fans). The Pelicans had a 6% chance at the top pick and got it, which got us thinking: How would the NFL draft have unfolded with lottery results that mirrored the NBA's?
