The Quick and Easy Way to Make Pumpkin (or Other) Popcorn

We're making this scrumptious popcorn with a syrup mix!  In this case, with our new Pumpkin Cream Pancake Syrup Mix.

We're popping a generous half-cup of popcorn.  We're making the syrup according to directions but cooking it two minutes longer.  And then stirring it into the popcorn. That's it!

How to Make a Giant 2 lb. Cookie!

Cranberry Fudge Giant Cookie
"Why make 30 little cookies when you can make one giant cookie?"

I picked up a food magazine in the grocery store. There was an article about making these giant cookies in a Dutch oven.  "That's fun," I thought, "but why not do it in the oven?" I bought the magazine.

We quickly discovered--you can't make giant cookies out of every mix.  But in three weeks, we had a line of mixes that worked.

Cranberry Nut Giant Cookie

People love the cookies! Each mix makes a giant 2-pound cookie.  They're fun. They've never seen giant cookies before.

They're easy. Just mix, put it in a pan, and stick it in the oven--so much easier to stick one pan in the oven than running back and forth with cookie sheets.  Try these with your clan!

Sincerely,

Dennis Weaver
