Annmarie Chavarria, DNP, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, new senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Tampa General Hospital, has embraced a data-driven leadership style because data usage allows nurse leaders to pivot more quickly on what does and doesn't work for better patient outcomes and quality of care, she tells me.
