In my unceasing quest to understand who and why are Instagram It Girls, I've set my sights on one who constantly pops up on my discover page and whose photos are frequently re-posted on the ~aesthetic~ accounts I do follow. I'm talking, this time, about Delilah Belle. She looks like a Bratz Doll (in the chicest way possible, don't get me wrong), is always traveling, and appears to have a Harry Potter-esque Room of Requirement in place of a closet. She also has over a million followers on IG. So, why the f*ck is she famous? Turns out it actually makes some sense...
