Why did this local charter school abruptly close?

Charter closure: The surprise announcement that IDEA University Prep is closing after just three years in operation came weeks after negotiations broke down between the school’s Texas-based charter management organization and the East Baton Rouge Parish school system. Education reporter Charles Lussier breaks down what happened.
