Download stickers of one of nature’s most iconic animals
Did you know that there may have been over 100,000 tigers roaming this planet about a century ago? But by 2010, we had lost over 95% of the world’s wild tiger population to rampant poaching and habitat loss. As few as 3900 of them were left. Tigers are crucial for the health of the places in which they live. They help keep numbers of animals they eat in check, which in turn maintains the balance between their prey and the vegetation which they feed on. This is not only important for wildlife but for people too – both locally, nationally and globally. People rely on the wilderness areas where tigers live, whether it is directly for their livelihoods or indirectly for food and products used in our daily lives.
In the lead up to Global Tiger Day on 29 July this year, we're partnering with Viber who are supporting our efforts, along with governments of 13 tiger-range countries, to double the number of wild tigers by 2022. Get in on the action and download the exclusive new Viber tiger sticker pack, inspired by wild tigers. Viber is also helping WWF double tigers in the wild by doubling your donation via their app.
Viber will match online contributions through October 18, 2019, up to a maximum aggregate matching donation of $10,000 coming through Viber App
