Dear Members,

As we near the end of summer we are excited to announce our 2026 prepayment program! This program is an integral part of our planning process for the upcoming year. It allows us to make improvements to the facility in the off season and helps us plan and prepare for the following calendar year. We hope that you will be able to take advantage of this program and save money on your 2026 dues and services! Prepayment guarantees your rate for the upcoming season. If there is an increase in membership dues in 2026 you will not be assessed the difference if you have prepaid for the year. Included in this packet is an updated membership rates page for your reference.

Special note for GHIN: In 2026 we will require members who want to participate in our events (tournaments & WGGC leagues) to keep their GHIN through Wildwood. If you do not play in our events or leagues you are not required to keep your handicap through us. Since we are going to be require this for our tournaments & leagues we will be reducing our price from $55 to $45. This price change now matches the lowest in the State, including Carolina e-club.

Why not take advantage of this opportunity to SAVE money on your 2026 dues and professional services? Not only does prepaying lock in your dues and service rate for the coming year, but it also saves you money! The discount offered for prepaying is 10% off. By prepaying your membership dues, you can also prepay for your services and receive the same prepayment discount (excluding GHIN handicap)! The 10% discount is for those members who prepay prior to September 1st!

We have launched an online Golf Shop, available year-round, which will allow us to offer an expanded selection of premium boutique brands for men, women, and juniors, as well as a variety of accessories. Each item can be customized with your choice of Wildwood Green logos and shipped directly to your door. This platform will feature brands that we may not typically carry in-store as well as some of our most popular brands, providing you with more options than ever before, all without the limitations of physical space.

Make sure you get your $5 in every week to have your chance at winning big and don't forget, you can always pay multiple weeks in advance!

It makes sense to participate in our weekly 50/50 drawing...you get a better facility and have a chance at winning money on a weekly basis!

Each week to be eligible for the take home cash, you must pay your $5.00 by 4:00 PM on Friday. At 4:00 PM every Friday we will draw a poker chip from the basket and if your number is drawn AND you had paid for the week, THE TAKE HOME CASH IS YOURS!

There are many aspects involved in maintaining a golf course.
The superintendent has the biggest role to play, but there is immense responsibility on the members and players of the course
to maintain its status and improve overall conditions. The upkeep the players on the course have during their round makes
the job of the superintendent easier on a day-to-day basis and
will improve conditions in the long run. Please do your part to
ensure that our course continues to improve and be the best

July 6th we will be hosting a flag day. This event will be run similarly to a skins day where you can make a tee time before 2:30pm and then let the pro-shop know you are playing when you check in. For anyone who struggles to get a tee time or a tee time before 2:30pm, we will have a few tee times already reserved.

The goal for this event is to plant your flag as far along the course as possible. You will use your course handicap to calculate how many shots you have to use. For example, if your course handicap is 9 you will have 79 shots. Once you have hit your 79th shot, where ever your ball lies you will plant your flag. If you shoot 74 thru 18 you will continue on to hole 1 and play through till you have used your last 5 shots.

-Open to all players and all tee times till 2:30pm
-Bring $10 Cash
-You must have a current GHIN handicap
-You must have your round attested by at least one other player.

Good Morning Members,

Our Annual Club Championship is fast approaching on August 2nd & 3rd

Time: Tee Times Starting at 7:30 AM-12:30PM both days all off Hole #1. This is in hopes to improve pace of play compared to previous years. We will show starting order and projected starting times for each division each day in a chart below. These estimates are based off last years player count in each divisions. Times will be adjusted as player counts within each division change but order will remain the same.

Format: Individual Stroke Play (Divisions Attached Below) Divisions with enough players are flighted after Day 1 based on scores that day, not based on handicap.

The Women's Divisions are one in the same, female participants will not need to decide on one or the other. We will crown an Overall Women's Champion & a Net Women's Champion (cannot be the same participant).

Parents and Juniors: Please email carter@wildwoodgreen.com if you have a junior under 16 years old interested in competing in a Junior Division of the Club Championship. We are exploring bringing this division of the club championship back as there has not been a Junior Club Champion at Wildwood Green since 1994 (some juniors have won the overall, men's, and women's division since then, we just haven't had a junior specific division in that long).

Entry Fees: $30 per Member
+ cart fees, walking allowed
Cart Fees are $26.00 per day

There will be an optional skins game each day within each division. The cost is $20 each day, $40 total and covers both gross and net skins regardless of division format.

Range Balls, Select Snacks and Drinks, Keg Beer, and Gift Certificates to Winners

Step 2: Click "New Registration"-Begin typing you name into the "Search for a Member" box. Select your name and click "continue". Email teetimes@wildwoodgreen.com if your name does not appear and we will get you added to the Master Roster.

Step 3: Please enter your tee box and phone # in the prompts that appear. Your phone # will be used to send tee time alert texts in the days leading up to the event. Acknowledge Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and hit "next".

Step 4: Select your desired division on the next page. DO NOT SELECT MORE THAN ONE! Refer to the photos below to determine your desired division. Email teetimes@wildwoodgreen.com if you have any questions about what division may be best for you. Hit "Finish" and you have completed your sign up for the 2025 Club Championship.

Longer days bring more rounds of golf. We look to the golfers to assist in filling their divots and raking bunkers. We see too many instances of people exiting bunkers without raking behind them. Please do your part to help get our course into tip-top shape for the rest of the year!

Trying to check in for golf in the morning on a weekend and can't get through to anyone in the shop? Just email us!

Teetimes@wildwoodgreen.com is a great way to check in early for your tee time and beat the rush in the golf shop.

Also works for event days! We can take payment in advance for events, just email us to set it up!

Jim Holmes made his hole in one in April of 2024 and for claiming the pot! All who wish to be a part of the Acers Club will now need to re-enter to be eligible.
