| There’s a new proposal for a transmission line that would carry Canadian hydropower into New England. The HVDC line would run along the border between New Hampshire and Vermont and a large portion of it would be located underground. The proposal comes four years after the final death knell rang for a similar transmission line that spent 10+ years in planning before being scrapped. Will the developers succeed this time? |
