School closures? Parents with kids in Jefferson Parish public schools could find out tonight which schools might be on the chopping block as the school district grapples with declining enrollment. The School Board will meet at 6 p.m. to discuss a study that looked at which campuses might be closed in the name of efficiency, Blake Paterson reports. We’ll be there tonight. Big plans for old Holy Cross school: A developer has an $8 million plan for the old Holy Cross school, vacant and deteriorating since Hurricane Katrina.
