Will Tigers go bowling near or far?

Where will the LSU Tigers be spending the postseason?

The College Football Playoff is out after LSU lost to Texas A&M last Saturday, but the Tigers could still go to the Sugar Bowl if they beat Georgia this Saturday in the SEC Championship Game (3 p.m. CST on CBS).

But what if LSU doesn't win? The Tigers are a 17-plus point underdog after all. The vast majority of national bowl projections have LSU in the Citrus Bowl, but one interesting projection raises the prospect of the Tigers heading way out west to an exotic postseason address. We explain all the possibilities here.

Some disturbing news out of Lincoln, Nebraska, where former LSU assistant coach and New Orleans native Mickey Joseph was arrested Wednesday on domestic assault charges. Joseph just spent most of the 2022 season as interim coach at Nebraska, his alma mater.

Georgia won the national title last season for the first time since 1980, but it came up short of winning the SEC title. Naturally the Bulldogs' number one goal is to fill that void on Saturday.

As we said, LSU is a significant underdog to Georgia. But our Patrick Magee gives four reasons why the Tigers can spring a massive upset Saturday.

Our gambling guru Zach Ewing gives his take on five big games during championship weekend, of course including the LSU-Geogia game.

Speaking five games, we look back at five memorable games between LSU and Georgia, games featuring great individual efforts from Skyler Green, Tyrann Mathieu and Joe Burrow.

And while we're at it, our Sheldon Mickles gives his spin on the whole five games theme with five top games to watch this weekend, led by LSU-Georgia.

Finally, our LSU beat team — myself, Wilson Alexander, Leah Vann and the aforementioned Mr. Mickles — give our predictions on the game in the "Who ya got?" segment of the show.

There's not actually a show. More of a parade, really. And the parade of content leading up to the SEC Championship Game just keeps on coming, so check in with us tomorrow.
