Credentialing Resource Center is compiling and updating our directory of medical staff/credentialing contacts.The Credentialing Primary Source Verification Directory provides the direct contact information and primary source verification request procedures for more than 5,000 organizations, including hospitals, state medical boards, medical schools, and certification bodies.

Adding your contact information is free and streamlines the verification request and response processes by connecting inquirers to the right contacts the first time.
