Our 2019/2020 winter season was full of fresh powder, new friends, sunshiney days, late nights, and endless opportunities for education from coast to coast. With the help of over 25 sponsors and partners, we hosted five in-person Shred The Love events, one virtual Shred The Love fundraiser, joined in the Absinthe's Isle of Snow premier tour and participated in seven outreach events including Yes.on Breasts at Outdoor Retailer, Winter Dew Tour, Supergirl Pro Snow, and The Burton US Open of Snowboarding! |

Shred The Love is our chance to get out, hit the road, and spread our message to mountain-lovers across the country. It’s our chance to connect with people, hear stories, and meet those who have been moved by our mission. A grassroots event series that aims to raise awareness and funds for our education, prevention outreach, and survivorship wellness programs, Shred The Love promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, and we definitely have fun at every stop! |

Winter Dew Tour was a very special event. Our kick-off party brought in $3,000, we educated 6,000 people, and Colorado saw more snow than they had seen all season. At Snowboarder Magazine’s first annual awards show, we were on hand to witness B4BC ambassador Jamie Anderson win Women’s Rider of the Year! It was a particularly special night for our team as co-host Preston Strout, founder of Crab Grab, shared a personal story of how B4BC helped him find a lump on his wife's breast, explaining that early detection was critical in her journey. Spending Saturday surrounded by the positive and encouraging energy of the BT Bounds girls was a treasure. To top off the weekend, Jamie Anderson took home the slopestyle gold! |

The days were sunny and warm, and the people were out and about. Our tent in the sponsor village saw a magnitude of foot traffic, and people were especially excited about bra pong. We raised nearly $5,000 and educated over 8,000 people. Through happy hours, après parties, and group rides, our team had the ability meet and connect with so many spirited women. It's always inspiring to witness the level of women's riding soar to new heights at this event. |

We adore spending time with and educating our snow family each winter—making new friends and reconnecting with old ones. So much love, gratitude, and respect for each and every person who lends a helping hand, who listen to us speak on early detection and prevention, those who fundraise for us and contribute in any way. Even though uncertain times, we remain steadfast in our commitment to our community and beyond, and we look forward to getting through to the other side, where we can all reconnect in the mountains again. A HUGE HEARTFELT THANK YOU to all of our amazing, supportive sponsors, partners, artists, participants and all of the hard-working volunteers that join us along the way! We couldn’t do it without you! |
