Guten Tag John Do, | in diesen Tagen lässt sich alles mit dem Corona-Virus verbinden. Auch Call und Contact Center. Dass diese Organisationseinheiten in Zeiten der Krise und Verunsicherung zu den Felsen in der Brandung gehören, können Sie täglich in unserem Twitter-Newsfeed nachlesen. Auch unsere aktuelle Titelgeschichte dreht sich um die Helden am Telefon, im Chat und den anderen Kommunikationskanälen, die durch Covid-19 teilweise an die Grenzen der Belastbarkeit gebracht wurden. Da ist es an der Zeit, einfach mal „Danke“ zu sagen - und das tut die Branche aktuell in zwei Social Media-Kampagnen. Unter dem Hashtag #WirSagenDanke hat der Call Center Verband Deutschland mit seinen Mitgliedsunternehmen und Partnern eine gleichnamige Aktion ins Leben gerufen, um den Mitarbeitern in Call und Contact Centern Respekt und Wertschätzung für ihre Arbeit zu übermitteln. Das gleiche Ziel verfolgt der Foto-Wettbewerb „HeadsetHelden“, der in diesem Jahr in die vierte Runde gehen sollte. Angesichts der aktuellen Situation wurde der Start auf unbestimmte Zeit verschoben. Die Intension hingegen bleibt: Standing Ovations für die Helden in der Kundenkommunikation. Unser Dank geht auch an Sie, liebe Leserinnen und Leser unserer CallCenterNews! | HeadsetHelden-Wettbewerb 2020 verschoben | Aufgeschoben ist nicht aufgehoben: Aufgrund der Corona-Krise wird der Foto-Wettbewerb "HeadsetHelden 2020" vertagt. "Wir haben uns entschieden, den Beginn des Wettbewerbes auf unbestimmte Zeit zu verschieben", informiert Jens Bestmann, Initiator der Kampagne.
