Now let's work on passes: Dropped calls will be a thing of the past thanks to an $80 million tech upgrade at the Caesars Superdome. Later this fall, wireless service inside the facility will be able to cover as many as 100,000 fans, allowing for conversations, selfies and searches that weren't likely possible in past seasons. Stephanie Riegel has the story.
Standardized tests: The state has been moving toward holding schools more accountable for student test scores, but a panel of public school leaders convened by the state Legislature has just come back with a report saying standardized testing should be reduced. Elyse Carmosino has the details.
Dollar General retreats: Dollar General appears to be reducing its footprint in New Orleans East. Stephanie Riegel has this report.
