Unknown man believed to have followed Kohl’s employee after her shift: Highland Heights Police Blotter

Loss prevention at Kohl's said Nov. 14 that the previous night there was a suspicious man in a white sedan who sat in the parking lot and then followed a female employee when she left in her vehicle.
