Woman charged in fatal shooting of off-duty Cleveland police officer during carjacking

Tamara McLoyd, 18, is charged with aggravated murder in the fatal shooting of Cleveland police officer Shane Bartek during an armed robbery. Bartek was off-duty at the time of the shooting, which investigators called and "ambush."
