CAMBRIDGE - A woman was found dead over the weekend in a Henry County Jail cell, according to authorities.

PEORIA -  A driver was trapped inside a car after a "major" two-vehicle wreck from which the other motorist fled early Monday, according to the Peoria Fire Depatment.

For the second time in 53 years, a vehicle drove into a South Peoria house early Monday. The accident left a gaping hole in the north side of the house at 311 S.

PEORIA - No charges are expected to filed at this time, say Peoria police, against the driver of vehicle that struck and killed a man Friday night.
