Hello! My name is Nancy Rarig and I am the Philadelphia Market Leader for Women On Course, and I love being involved with this organization that helped me transition into retirement in January 2016. But let me go back:
In 2011 I decided to play more golf, but none of my friends or coworkers were into the game. I attended a Women on Course luncheon to see what the group was about. The founder, Donna Hoffman told her story which inspired me and other first time attendees to join the group. Golf, travel, and wine – just what I was looking for!
At my first golf event I was paired up with Josephina, who has become my BFF on and off the course. We attend several WOC weekend events, and since we golf and travel so well together, Jo invited me to join her on a trip to her hometown which happened to be Hong Kong!
Women on Course hosts over 800 local golf, social and networking events across the country. We cater to business professionals and lifestyle enthusiasts those looking to learn the game in a welcome setting and connect those who enjoy playing golf for recreation.
