The owners of the Park Avenue restaurant have announced that they will be shutting down after 25 years. In its place will be a new Dunkin Donuts as well as a gas station and convenience store.

In a move to create affordable space for artists in Worcester, the Creative Hub has partnered with the Arts and Business Council of Greater Boston to buy the former Ionic Avenue Boys and Girls Club. The purchase price and renovation costs are estimated at $3.5 million. The location will serve as work and retail space for area artists.
