LifeHacker is a favorite site to peruse for hacks and tips. I trolled it this week for workout and productivity ideas. Here are my top picks:
I do a version of the Pomodor 2.0 already, but I don’t do it consistently. I’m going to give this method a shot next week and see how it improves workflow productivity. The productivity sprints article was interesting and I may borrow ideas from it. The workout story has me rethinking when I exercise. I may switch things up to an early evening workout. We'll see.
