Skynova surveyed 808 employees and 250 employers located in the U.S. about flexible work schedules. Half of employers who currently offer flexible schedules (81% of those surveyed) believe doing so helps them retain employees, but 90% of employee respondents agree flexible schedules are a retention tool. The survey finds that a segment of employees even rate flexible schedules as more important than salary, pay raises and paid time off.
