The 2021 Workplace Wellness Survey conducted by the Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI) and Greenwald Research interviewed 2,016 American full-time and part-time workers ages 21 to 64 about their workplaces. The top three benefit program improvements to respondents: greater financial contributions from employers, more flexibility, and more financial wellness benefits and resources.
