SoFi At Work's "The Future of Workplace Financial Well-being" report examines perspectives on financial well-being, literacy and benefits. The survey, through a partnership with research firm Workplace Intelligence, received responses from 800 human resources leaders and 800 full-time employees. Survey respondents were asked about 20 benefits, and employees identified those they are most interested in seeing added, improved or expanded.
