Hey, !
As I mentioned recently, I'm teaching a live workshop next week for authors eager to sell their book to a major publisher. This is a two-day live seminar hosted on Zoom in which I will walk you through our team's book planning process from A to Z.
Click here to read more about it.
This is a process our clients at Fresh Complaint normally pay $20,000 for, but because I'm teaching this in a group context, we are offering the workshop for a fraction of that cost. And if you sign up before midnight this Wednesday, you'll save an additional $500 (a total of $2000 or three payments of $750). After that, the price goes up.
I've taught this "bootcamp" several times this year, and students always walk away feeling clear, refreshed, and focused on a big-idea book that readers won't be able to put down.
In this two-day, live workshop, I'll share:
What publishers are looking for in a proposal, Why this process is essential for planning any book (even if you plan to self publish), How to get the attention of both agents and acquisitions editors alike And more!
Here are the details:
We'll meet for two days on December 19 and 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Central, walk you through our book proposal template (which comes with sample proposals you can use to guide you), answer any questions you might have, and fill the template in together.
By the end of the two days, you'll have everything you need to know to finish a book proposal that you can start shopping in the New Year or use to write your next book.
After our two-day workshop, I will also do a 30-minute debrief call with you afterwards to make sure that you got everything you needed and know exactly what your next steps are.
Every session will be recorded, so if miss part of the workshop or can't make it live, you'll get all the recordings and resources available for review later.
There are only ten spots available, so sign up today if you don't want to miss out. I do this workshops a few times per year, and the next one won't be till mid to late spring, probably.
Click here to learn more and claim your spot.
Let me know if you have any questions.
If you need help planning a book and/or want a shot at getting published, don't miss this!
Best,
Jeff
P.S. We had a busy week last week and forgot to send a reminder so we are pushing that early bird deadline to this Wednesday. Learn more here, or shoot me an email.
