Secretary of State John F. Kerry said that he had been engaged in discussions in Russia all day and did not hear about “what may or may not be happening” in Turkey. “We’ve heard the reports that others have heard. I don’t have any details at this time," he said. "But I hope there will be stability, peace and continuity in Turkey.”
