Analysen | US-Notenbank: Beginn eines Zinsanhebungszyklus eher 2023 als 2022 Wien (www.anleihencheck.de) - Die Federal Reserve steht kurz davor, den ersten Schritt in der geldpolitischen Normalisierung zu beschreiten, so die Analysten der Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). Dabei handle es sich jedoch nicht um eine Erhöhung der Federal Funds Rate, sondern um eine Reduzierung der monatlichen Netto-Anleihekäufe, auch bekannt als Tapering. Bisher habe die FED ihre Bestände an Staatsanleihen und hypothekarisch besicherten Wertpapieren (MBS) um USD 80 Mrd. bzw. USD 40 Mrd. pro Monat erhöht. Auf der Zinssitzung im September habe der Offenmarktausschuss (FOMC) die Auffassung vertreten, dass eine Verringerung des Tempos der Anleihekäufe bald gerechtfertigt sein könnte, sollten die wirtschaftlichen Fortschritte im Großen und Ganzen wie erwartet anhalten. | | | USA: Das kurze Ende der Renditekurve dürfte ansteigen - unabhängig vom exakten Timing der Zinserhöhung Wien (www.anleihencheck.de) - An den Finanzmärkten haben insbesondere die vierteljährlichen FOMC-Sitzungen im Juni und September Spuren hinterlassen, so die Analysten der Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). Auf beiden Zinssitzungen hätten die neuen Wirtschaftsprognosen auf einen früheren Beginn des Zinserhöhungszyklus hingedeutet. Infolgedessen sei das kurze Ende der Renditekurve nach den Zinssitzungen um etwa 10 Basispunkte gestiegen. Der aktuelle Wert der 2-jährigen Treasury-Rendite von 0,3% spiegele zwei bis drei Zinserhöhungen von jeweils 25 Basispunkten über einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren wider, wobei die erste Zinserhöhung für Dezember 2022 angesetzt sei. Der Markt liege leicht über den Erwartungen der Analysten der RBI einer ersten Zinserhöhung Mitte 2023. Dennoch würden die Analysten der RBI nicht glauben, dass es in den nächsten Monaten, in denen das Tapering im Mittelpunkt steh e und die Inflationsraten hoch bleiben würden, zu einer ausgeprägten Neubewertung kommen werde. Wien (www.anleihencheck.de) - Die US-Konjunkturerholung hat in der ersten Hälfte des Jahres an Schwung zulegen können, so die Analysten der Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). Der private Konsum habe das BIP-Wachstum angekurbelt, das in H1/21 durchschnittlich 6,4% (p.q. annualisiert) betragen und die Wirtschaftsleistung über das Vorkrisenniveau gehievt habe. Steigende COVID-19-Fälle, die Mitte September einen Höchststand erreicht hätten, hätten die Erholung jedoch gebremst: GDPNow der Atlanta FED sehe das BIP-Wachstum im dritten Quartal bei 1,3% (p.q. annualisiert). Dennoch dürfte die Delta-Variante den mittelfristigen Aufschwung nicht zum Entgleisen bringen und die aktuellen Prognosen würden sogar darauf hindeuten, dass die Produktionslücke im Jahr 2022 geschlossen werde (basierend auf der Schätzung des Produktionspotenzials durch das CBO).
