Yamaha Factory Racing Team Build on Pace on Day 2 of Suzuka Test

The Yamaha Factory Racing Team of Alex Lowes, Michael van der Mark and Katsuyuki Nakasuga were back in action on Wednesday for the second day of the second official Suzuka 8 Hours test at the iconic circuit ahead of the final round of the 2016/2017 FIM Endurance World Championship on the 28th-30th July. After jet lag hampered the team's first day of testing, day two saw them take to the track in earnest as they look to make it a hat-trick of wins at the legendary endurance race, ending the day third fastest on combined times. The YART Yamaha Official EWC Team and GMT94 Yamaha Official EWC Team were also on track as they continue their preparations for the final round of the season that sees them both in with a chance of being crowned world champions.
