Rubik’s Portable Light Cube

“We now have a new generation of products where the form bears absolutely no relation to the function” said Alice Rawsthorn in the documentary Objectified. LED lights go to show that luminaries can now look like pretty much anything. The shape of a bulb, or a tube-light, or a CFL doesn’t drive the design. It is in fact the outer design that drives the arrangement of the LEDs within it. Enevu CUBE is a delightful looking light source that outshines other lamps even double its size!

With the LEDs inside, one can change CUBE’s color to light up your spaces with an ambient mood light. CUBE’s LEDs also allow it to become a rather powerful white area-light. With its rather cute/convenient size, CUBE is perfect for both brightening up as well as mellowing down any environment you’re in. And its quirky cube shape is sure to leave your buddies intrigued and impressed!

The Evolution of Wireless Video

Posted: 19 Jul 2016 08:51 AM PDT

evo_001

Designed for the everyday home, Evo is a wireless video streaming device that takes an unconventional approach to the user experience by celebrating each product touch-point in a new and exciting way.

Unlike other video streamers, Evo eradicates the classic clunky USB antenna by introducing a twin-shot, over-moulded, flexible TPU body. The USB antenna beautifully nests onto the front of the device. When plugged into the computer or laptop, it can also be flexed into any shape.

Evo actually takes the opposite approach at dealing with cumbersome wiring – instead of hiding these behind the scenes it brings them center stage and celebrates them! With the connection ports located at its core, Evo creates an additional level of interactivity with an enhanced plugging and unplugging experience.

Last but not least, the power button is located at the front for easy access, with the power light that halos around it. Coordinated activity lights are located at the top of both the antenna and the hub for a visual signal that their working in tandem.

One Wicked BMW

376 mph on a motorcycle may sound totally insane but that’s the current existing record, believe it or not! These breakneck speeds require much more than just horsepower. It takes thinking severely outside the box and that’s precisely what’s behind the BMW Titan concept.

This wicked looking design takes inspiration from the hydrodynamics of the shark, interpreting these geometries into an aesthetic that is functionally aerodynamic in the form of its completely enclosed front end. “Gills” act as air intakes for engine cooling while the nose has been optimized for not only reducing resistance but funneling air toward these intakes.

As for the middle, expert riders will sit with the engine and find a modern instrument cluster. To reach these high speeds and for safety, the cluster displays much more vital information such as suspension status, cooling system operation, area specific temperatures and more for Titan to adjust to various circumstances.

At the rear, the powerful turbo engine is connected to the rear tire by a completely enclosed swingarm that covers the shaft and suspension for a cleaner look and enhance aerodynamics.

An Impressive Spray

Posted: 19 Jul 2016 01:47 AM PDT

The specially developed internal structure inside the Aurajet redirects water inside shower head to deliver a showering experience like no other. One that’s not only beautiful but that you can actually feel! Bathers will find themselves immersed in a very dense stream of water with larger droplets, covering a wider area with greater force. Unlike conventional handheld shower heads that produce individual water jets with intermittent spraying, this hand shower produces a continuous flow, which effectively stimulates the nerve endings. Better yet, the design is composed of significantly less material which makes it more efficient!

It’s a firefighting drone!

No, this isn’t a BB-8 Drone fancy dressed as a Poké Ball. It’s actually an advanced fire-fighting robot. We’ve reached an era of drones carrying out our dirty work, especially int he military department. Who’s to say that one day we’ll have robots sacrifice their lives (well, their robotic existence) to protect humans. The Fireball is an Automatic Fire Extinguisher that can roll around from place to place battling flames double or triple its size. The Fireball is operated by a remote that is placed in the robot’s dock. The allows one to point Fireball in the direction of the fire. Just to eliminate human error, Fireball is equipped with thermal sensors so that it battles fires efficiently. The remote then can be used as an emergency flashlight, allowing one to escape to safety no matter how thick the fumes.

Well then, just pair the Fireball with this bad-ass mask and you’ve got nothing to worry about!

Say NO to Noise Cancellation!

Until Pokemon Go absorbed every ounce of our attention, headphones were a pretty large cause for keeping us distracted and disconnected from the outer world.. often putting us in danger. To be brutally honest, I haven’t been particularly careful myself… I need to plug in earphones while I walk back from work, and that isn’t really the safest on the road. ‘Focus’ is a pair of earphones that allow you to hear external sounds WITH your music when you want. Just unplug the valve on the outer face of the earpieces to allow outside sound to filter through when you want/need. When you want to be engrossed in your world of music, press the valve in and it seals off all outer sounds, so you can use the Focus like a normal set of earphones. Now you can have your music and still be aware of your surroundings!
