The Justice Department in conjunction with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has brought its first lawsuit alleging predatory mortgage lending. The lawsuit is against Texas developer Colony Ridge Development, which is accused of "bait and switch" tactics targeting Hispanic homebuyers.
