Citrus Shrimp Rice Bowls

I’m all about clever shortcuts when it comes to making weeknight dinners, like the sweet and spicy sauce for this rice bowl, which doubles as a marinade for the shrimp and a dressing for the citrus salad. (Why make two sauces when you can make one?) And because multi-tasking is the name of the game, I only marinate my shrimp for as long as it takes to make the citrus salad—about 15 minutes—so the whole dinner comes together in just about half an hour.
