In an effort to protect your earnings and avoid credit losses from our merchants, a decision was made to update a number of merchants to Daily Discount. Although our intentions were to preserve partner portfolios and avoid collections disputes, we realize the negative impact this had. You reached out and communicated with us immediately. Thank you! Starting Monday, April 6th, all merchants who were moved to Daily Discount will be switched back to Monthly Discount. Reconciliation & accounting for your merchants will go back to being very familiar to them. Please be aware, that any account that has had or will have an ACH reject in the future or will remain on Daily Discount to ensure we minimize collections disputes. This protects all parties.
