This is an all-hands-on-deck moment.
We’ve got just 45 days to persuade the House of Representatives to use the Congressional Review Act to reverse the FCC’s Net Neutrality repeal. The CRA is our best chance to restore the Net Neutrality protections — and it’ll expire if it doesn’t pass before the end of the year.
Passing the CRA should be a no-brainer given that nearly 90% of voters — Democrats and Republicans alike — support the effort to restore Net Neutrality. But nothing about these times is normal and we need all the help we can get to win.
