obtain bundled flat rates for your facility of choice.

When a medical need occurs, you have the flexibility to choose your healthcare provider. The Guidelines outline which medical expenses the CHM family takes care of.

CHM receives and authorizes your bills, reviews it to make sure you receive the maximum discount, then releases funds from the CHM sharing account. A reimbursement check will then be mailed to you.
