We are thrilled to invite you to the launch of a report on tech adoption in Asia’s real estate industry on Tuesday 10 December 2024 at the St. Regis Singapore.

The event at 9:00 am (local time) releases the results of the Mingtiandi-Yardi tech survey with a presentation by Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole and Yardi senior regional director Bernie Devine which focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence on real estate companies in the region.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Alice Chen, co-founder and general counsel at Investax, Zak Ungerman, a managing director at Emergent Capital Partners, and Matthew Nortcliff, a partner at Goodwin.

This year’s survey shows that nearly 40 percent of real estate companies polled are now using AI systems, compared to 17 percent in 2023. While over 60 percent of respondents indicated that they are using AI in their jobs, most of this adoption is happening independent of company systems.
