| Hello,
MozFest is not just an event, it's a community, and we are always looking for new ways to engage and interact with the community in between festivals. Will you join us for a few upcoming events this month?
Meet the Author Session: Digital Participation of Youth Online
Tomorrow at 11am ET/3pm UTC, you have the chance to chat live on Zoom about Digital Participation of Youth Online in the ever changing online environment post-pandemic. Our hosts are authors of the MozFest Book chapters "Youth Zone: A New Generation For Internet Health" by Zannah Marsh and "On Girls in Stem Education" by Alia ElKattan and Aoibheann Mangan. They will also be joined by MozFest Youth Wrangler Dervla OâBrien. MozFest 2022 Community Meeting
Please join us on June 15 to share your ideas and suggestions on how MozFest 2022 can help you accomplish your goals. Use the links below to RSVP to one of two community meetings: If you are unable to join the community call, or prefer to share in written form, we invite you to add your insights and ideas here.
MozFest Community Fridays
Every Friday through June 25, we're inviting a MozFest community member to take over our Twitter account and host an engaging chat with the community around an internet health topic that matters in their local work and community. Follow @mozillafestival and #MozFest for details on the upcoming discussions: If you missed one of our May MozFest Community Fridays, it's not too late to catch up: - On May 7, Uchi Uchibeke hosted a chat on digital identity and web monetization.
- On May 21, Rin Oliver hosted a chat on digital spaces for the neurodiverse.
- On May 28, Mai Ishikawa Sutton hosted a chat on digital commons and the COMPOST magazine.
We hope to see you at one of our events in June. If you canât make it, weâd love for you to join our community on Slack for ongoing conversations and connection!
Have a great June! Sarah
