POLL QUESTION:
What say you?
Today’s top story about workplace harassment features some sobering statistics. More than 22% of close to 75,000 people -- or roughly 16,500 people -- surveyed said they experienced a type of violence or harassment at work. Among the most vulnerable are young people, migrant workers and salaried employees. Women were more likely than men to discuss their abuses.

This data got me thinking. I wanted to take a pulse with all of you. Do we really think this can happen in our organizations -- and are we prepared to address it if it does?

VoteYes, it's absolutely a reality. We have processes in place for reporting and addressing harassment.
VoteYes it can happen, but reports like this tend to exaggerate the problem. That said, we're set to handle it if it happens.
VoteWe handle situations like this on a case-by-case basis. We must ensure it's real harassment and not a misunderstanding.
VoteWe don't have this issue.
