The Rotarian Magazine’s annual photo contest winners showcase the people, places, and projects that show Rotary in action. And digital strategist for National Geographic, Keith Jenkins, not only selected the winners from nearly 500 entries, he offered his professional expertise to budding photographers looking to capture the perfect shot. Check out all of this year’s winners and get tips to capture a winning photo for next year’s contest. June is Rotary Fellowships Month and more than 60 Rotary Fellowships offer opportunities to make friends around the world with Rotarians, family members, program participants, and alumniâ¯who share a common interest in a hobby, sport, or profession. But it’s not just about having fun, many fellowships also use their special interests to serve others, volunteering, organizing specialized service projects, and teaching new skills. Learn more about fellowships and how you can get involved. Get caught in the act... of doing good To mark the Rotary Foundation centennial, we’re encouraging members everywhere to do 100 acts of good throughout the year. Post photos of yourself and your club on social media in the act of doing good, along with a brief description, using #100actsofgood. Check out the social wall and join the celebration! Overheard on social media “Our members are using their skills and dedication to service to provide resources and support for refugees like Mallah Hamza. âª#âWorldRefugeeDay⬔ — Rotary International on Facebookâ¬â¬“Learn how The Rotary Foundation has been doing good in the world for over 100 years”— Rotary International on Twitter “PSY shared some #Rotary memories before bringing down the house #GangnamStyle. And that was just the beginning of the âª#âRotary16 closing ceremony” — Rotary International on Instagram | ||
