Coming up at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, join MPR News host Angela Davis to learn how to recognize signs of mental health challenges and what to do and say to help that young person in your life.

And we want to hear from you, too. Do you have a story about a young person you have helped or want to help and you need advice? Or was there someone who did that for you? What questions do you have about how to show up for young people in your life? If you are a young person, what are you experiencing and seeing?

Call us during the 9 a.m. hour on Wednesday at 651-227-6000 or 800-242-2828 or tweet @AngelaDavisMPR.
