Judge overseeing opioid lawsuits won’t hear request for gag order against Mike DeWine, lawyers for appearances on ’60 Minutes'

A federal judge overseeing opioid litigation said he would not take up a request from lawyers for several drug companies for sanctions and a gag order against Ohio Attorney General and Governor-elect Mike DeWine and two other attorneys for statements they made on a recent “60 Minutes” segment.
