Muslim communities 'on edge' after back-to-back fires at Minneapolis mosques
More than 40 faith leaders from different Twin Cities congregations stood in solidarity at a press conference on Tuesday following  back-to-back fires at two Minneapolis mosques that authorities are investigating as arson.

NAACP sues Minneapolis, alleging covert social media surveillance by cops
Minneapolis NAACP leaders on Wednesday filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Minneapolis over police officers’ alleged use of stealth social media accounts to keep tabs on and criticize Black community leaders.

💰 Minnesota Legislature closes in on deal on rebates, Social Security tax break
Under the Senate bill, there would be $4 billion in tax credits and other cuts over the next four years. Its DFL authors called it the biggest tax cut in state history. Unlike a plan advancing in the House, it would not raise any income taxes for Minnesotans.
