Fmr. MN GOP operative, donor gets 21 years on sex trafficking conviction
Anton “Tony” Lazzaro was sentenced today to 21 years in prison for sex trafficking. A march trial found Lazzaro, 32, guilty of bringing five teenage girls to his apartment in downtown Minneapolis and paying them for sex.

'The Last Safe Abortion' – A photo exhibition at the Minneapolis Institute of Art
The photos span from around the Roe v. Wade ruling in 1973 to the Dobbs v. Jackson decision in 2022 and its aftermath. They highlight the daily lives of reproductive health care workers — scheduling appointments, conducting training sessions, tending to patients.

🗳️ Challenger Reinert outpolls incumbent Larson in Duluth mayoral primary
The Duluth face-off is on. Former state Sen. Roger Reinert earned the most votes and Mayor Emily Larson secured the second spot. The two will appear on November’s general election ballot. Reinert got 63 percent of the vote and Larson had 35 percent.
