Cannabis education program comes to St. Cloud State

Its new online certificate program, through the continuing education department, is all about marijuana entrepreneurship and begins this fall.

70th Princess Kay of the Milky Way crowned from Waterville, Minn.

Emma Kuball, a 19-year-old college student from Waterville, representing Rice County, was crowned the 70th Princess Kay of the Milky Way in an evening ceremony Wednesday at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
