Minnesota leaders urge families to explore eligibility for new child tax credit

The program offers a tax credit of up to $1,750 per child. The credit amount varies depending on a household’s earning level. And it phases out after household earnings reach certain thresholds.

Minnesota’s next top cannabis regulator will see more green

The person eventually chosen to lead the relatively new marijuana regulatory agency will be in line for a higher salary ($133,000 to $190,000) than the first time the state posted the position ($105,000 to $150,000).

🏛️ South Dakota tribe bans governor from reservation over U.S.-Mexico border remarks
A South Dakota tribe has banned Republican Gov. Kristi Noem from the Pine Ridge Reservation after she spoke this week about wanting to send razor wire and security personnel to Texas to help deter immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border and also said cartels are infiltrating the state's reservations.
