Minneapolis’ newest noodle restaurant, Slurp Pop-up Noodle Shop, was busy with guests Tuesday for their soft opening. Despite the storm, many (including our arts reporter Jacob Aloi) trekked to get a taste of what Chef Yia Vang was cooking.
