It's adding up to be a beautiful weekend out there. Highs in the 30s are expected across most of Minnesota and western Wisconsin on Saturday. Parts of west-central and northwestern Minnesota will see upper 20s. Same for Sunday. Get the latest on Updraft.

Slaughterhouse cleaner admits child labor at 3 Minnesota plants, fined $1.5M
Child labor was used at three Minnesota meat packing plants, among a total of 13 plants and 100 children, admitted by Packers Sanitation Services, Inc. A federal probe found teenagers cleaned saws and head splitters. The Wisconsin-based company has paid the maximum $1.5 million in federal fines.

Minneapolis’ Luminary Loppet festival moves events to land
Okay, maybe this warm weekend weather is looking a little too warm. Luminary Loppet fans: You won't be at risk of taking a cold-water plunge at this weekend's festival. It's been moved off thin ice and onto the shore. “So [it will be] a different experience, but hopefully equally as magical.” Here's links to the schedule and updated locations.
