Fohrenkam sentenced to 38 years in killing of Deshaun Hill

Cody Fohrenkam shot 15-year-old Deshaun Hill last year. Today's ruling gave him the max sentence, but advocates are urging state lawmakers to pass a bill that would allow for life sentences for adults who kill children. “All he did was walk by you... You turned and you shot at him not once, but three times.”

The reality of later-in-pregnancy abortion is more complex than MN debate lets on
