These are restaurant good, super easy, and fun. What's not to like?

Kamie in the kitchen, she's very good--a sandwich engineer. These are not tacos on bread, they're their own design. And they're crazy good.


You don't have to mess with taco shells, you can use leftover ground beef, and it's just nice to have a change. What an easy late-night supper.

These were made with Southwest Potato Bread and they were perfect.
